The club can't really legislate for an opposing team's chairman going out into the car park while the match is on and being surrounded by his own fans (angry or otherwise). We're not obliged to give him personal bodyguards, and nor should we be. Our security are concerned with what's happening inside, and between rival fans outside before & after.
No you're right ska'd its not our concern but it just seems so unreal that he can get cornered like that and he doesn't have a couple of goons himself to escort his sorry short ass outside. BTW for the record when I moved to London some 25 odd years ago my first base was right in amongst the watering holes of the good ole east of Ham
