Have Bournemouth bought better? i dont know , certainly bought earlier the average age of their squad is 26.9 years old whereas Towns is 24.3 years old
for comparison Bournemouth have the 7th oldest average age in the champions ship , Huddersfield have the Joint youngest average age in the Championship
so experience must count for something ,
The Market Value of their squad is also more than 4 million more than towns ( althought the value given was in euros) , 19.75 million E compared to 15.2 million E
my point wasnt a comparison between the two clubs finances my points was how will Bournemouth hope to survive in the Prem with a very small stadium ,althought they have bought smart and early what revenue streams do they have to be able to maintain that team.
from what i can gather the windfall of 7 million for Lallana saved Bournemouth from being in breach of the FFP, in april of 2014 they posted a loss of 15.3 million pounds , that year clubs could only post a loss of 8 million.
