Who’s Available?

The extent of the injury which forced Robbie Brady off on Friday night will be assessed ahead of this fixture.
Liam Millar – who replaced the Irishman in Swansea and got on the scoresheet – will no doubt be pushing for a start, while Dai Cornell will be wanting to keep his place in goal after making his first Championship start for the club.
Long-term absentee Emil Riis will be missing again, as his return date has been marked for the New Year.
Opposition Focus
Leeds United will arrive at Deepdale full of confidence after a huge 4-0 win against fellow promotion contenders Ipswich Town.
The Yorkshire outfit – back in the Championship for the first time since 2020 – have really hit their stride under Daniel Farke, and will look to close the gap between themselves and the Tractor Boys in second.
There’s no shortage of quality within their ranks, with Crysencio Summerville and Joël Piroe responsible for almost half of the team’s goals, while Farke’s side have the second tightest defence in the division.
Match Officials
Josh Smith
Assistant Referees: Matthew Smith and Alex James
Fourth Official: Geoff Eltringham
This will mark the fourth time already this season that Josh Smith has taken charge of a PNE fixture, having previously overseen matches against Swansea City, West Brom and QPR.
In the 21 games he’s refereed this season, he’s shown 77 yellow cards and four reds.
MACS VIEW
Well were do we go with Mr Fantastic, luckily this is a free hit for the increasingly under pressure manager, give us zero chance of anything against a pretty impressive Leeds side, no doubt he will try and contain witha side which will add to the negativity around the place, too make it worse the thing is on the TV, take the hit move on, his end could come if we lose to Wednesday on Friday.

Why should a man go to work, if he has the health and strength to stay in bed?
