Division One results for Matchday 20: The race for the title still goes on, but with just the Christmas double header to go, it looks like St Charles Owl could be almost there. He's certainly got one hand on the trophy, errm, much valued Sportsbabble rep point, errm, rep point.
SCO came joint top again in this week's scores, but it was only by a single point more than what Baggie Bob got. So with one week left, the Owl is 15 points ahead of the Throstle. Surely too much ground to gain.
Embarrassingly that's two guest supporters running away with the HTAFC Prediction League, the leading Terriers fan being jjamez, who didn't have such a good week, but is secure in mid table.
At the wrong end of the table though, the fight to avoid the drop is very much on. Neonfoxinthebox, after weeks of decline, has suddenly upped his game and taken the joint top score this week. He scored 24 points, which is eleven more than themaclad got. That puts neon only 5 points behind mac. Theo had a good week, scoring 21 and as it now stands, is out of the relegation area altogether. He's 5 points clear of themaclad.
But as I've mentioned, there are 27 fixtures to predict on the final Matchday. Anything can happen now. A good week could see theo challenging jjamez for third spot. Or he could get relegated with a poor festive period.
In't it exciting!

Division Two results for Matchday 20: The race for the Play Offs just became a genuine three horse race. With just half a furlong to go (know idea what that means
) it's Devongone coming up on the rails. Will he be the lucky one that came in eighteen to one?
He's this week's top scorer in Division Two with 21 points and is now only ten points off the Play Offs, something which is most definitely achievable in the Christmas double issue. He's still in 4th place, five points behind Wakey, who in turn is five points behind ritchiebaby.
Snooty is still way ahead, but got this week's lowest score after logging off early for the holiday period.
Amelia and Shep stay in 5th and 6th, with Shep moving a couple of points closer, scoring 12 to Amelia's 10.
