I certainly agree that Danny Wilson was the last manager we had to show real interest in building the club and producing younger players, rather than producing a first team and a huge gulf to anything coming through below it.

Caldwell is still popular at Exeter, but that will evaporate as they slide down the table. I just hope Exeter's great loyalty doesn't tempt them to hang on to him all the way to relegation.
