There are a few folk around Macc way who aren`t at all happy that he`s leaving, by all accounts. It`s a big step up for him, but hopefully he turns out to be a good investment for us. Certainly, he`s the right age and the sort of player we should be looking at.

We`re so heavy with forwards now, surely a few have to be moving out - either on loan or permanently. The strain on the budget must be horrendous.

It turns out I was right; Uchegbulam has gone to Rochdale, I understand. Didn`t see that one, I must admit. I wonder which one was the chicken and which one the egg.
