Just to follow on from that typically climate denying stance from business-embracing Sunak in bizarrely issuing all those licences - listen to the official responses from Friends of the Earth and Greenpeace as well as the Scottish Green Party (and be enlightened!) that shred any justifying comments that the PM uttered today in Scotland. Even the whole carbon capture initiative is open to criticism in the fact it sustains the fossil-fuel industry in presenting this false image that their industry is cleaner, BUT THEIR ACTIVITIES CONTINUE - POWERS OF INFLUENCE PREVAIL AGAIN WHILE THE PLANET BURNS!!!
