There's a lot of blowback online about the ticket prices.
I mentioned a few weeks back that ours are ludicrously high for the service at Hillsborough and the football we serve up.
DC harps on about taking advantage of the early bird prices. His ignorance continues to precede him.
He was told years ago the Club's supporters are loyal working class not middle and upper class plastics. There's a recession in this country which is strangling people to death.
People are having to forego luxuries to keep the lights on.
People unable to renew their season tickets will have been hoping to attend at least a few games over the season instead, only to find the cost of attending several home games works out the same as getting a season ticket, which they still couldn't afford in the first place.
It's nice to be a millionaire, insulated by money and oblivious to hardship, genuinely believing the peasantry are uppity 'fat ticks'
For too many, living hand to mouth these prices are not reasonable or within reach, up to 150 quid for you and two kids?
Then you can stand in line for a crap but expensive pie and join the queue to urinate up a wall, literally...
The only way for most people is putting a season ticket on credit..
The poor are being further priced out of their own sport by rich turds that know little to nothing about the game.
Again, I understand DC needs to generate revenue. However, strangling the working class fanbase is not the way and only creates resentment as it further proves how he views us.
