It has to be said that the long balls only started happening after a first half in which we struggled to string enough passes together to get across the halfway line.  That's not exactly a new problem with this team, either.  There's no magic wand...

We were playing them until Vic went off in the 1st half and he was too isolated for it to work. I'm not against them if we can keep the ball but they clearly weren't doing anything.
