Nice one AmChaff, nice and to the point again, unlike my rants on occasions.
The Pye record label, my that brings back some memories from when ar' wer' no'but a lad. The Kinks, Pet Clarke, early Quo, shoeless Sandie Shaw. The teenage girls next door that did the baby sitting for us wee 'uns had piles of these (well maybe not Quo at that time) and old green and silver Columbia label singles. I was too young to read but somehow I could pick out every song and play it on their little record player. I should have been a DJ. I could have rivalled Dave Double-Decks.
Now if I could only remember what I was thinking about last week that needed doing sometime this week .....
