I wouldn't say some are not good enough just because they haven't had a game yet under Powell.
Man City have just dropped Jovetic from their 25 man squad for the Champions League. Ok partly because of FFP restrictions but does that mean a guy that cost them £22 million suddenly isn't as good as one that just cost them £25 million?
