Well, unless he volunteers, he won't be down the local foodbank any time soon will he? How much of the full 3 years he gets will be somewhere in the small print but you'd think by now that these longer contracts would contain a clause regarding termination of contract in the first 6-12 months means you don't get anywhere near the full 3 year amount.
