When you select players who you have dumped and told them they have no future at the club it doesnt bode well.
What is the motivation for them. this inturn puts extra pressure on the rest of the team.
Carlos needs to learn from this defeat and don't let them spoil the party again.

 I do and don't understand the motivation point, Blue, though being proffessional and acting like a tantrem, would for any managers ;ooking at the game and them, would be now thinking no way do i want that attitude - so'd be shooting themselves in the foot.
