He has proved that at Newcastle many times over, hence why he is hated by most of their fans!! But at the moment he is somewhat in the driving seat at Ibrox and it is certainly not in his interests for Rangers to remain in the Championship, so I expect him to keep loaning money to keep them solvent, and now he is trying to have an impact on the football side as well. In the short term that is good for Rangers, the medium and long term can currently take care of itself later!!

Anyway back to the transfers. Not a bad word to say about it.
If the SFA had allowed him to up his shareholding then I think he would be looking to get a majority holding in the club. The Europe question regarding ownership of 2 clubs would be a problem at some point but he would have worried about that later. So yes he is sticking two fingers up at the SFA while ever he can!!
