Voglsammer - well, my Norse ain't that good (even after half a bottle of vodka), but a lot of their words turn up one way or another in our northern dialects and that ain't one of them, but ....video is a "new"ish word that most (especially older, like German) languages don't have an alternative to, so they mostly use video (and maybe something else tagged on the end). Additionally, there's at least two umlauts and a capital letter S missing (even if it is one word) for it to be German. So my guess is that it is a trapper that is pining for the fjords that on his days off is usually nailed to his perch to stop him falling over.
