I was looking forward to being the West Midlands Barcelona but you have poured a big bucket of cold water on my hopes and dreams, I have been crushed like a grape

Seriously though, thank you for warning us not to expect to much and to rein our hopes in a little. He is still a young manager, still developing his style and tactics, I hope that maybe he can develop a style that suits our players and our club, a style that gets us the wins coupled with the entertainment we have craved for so long now.
