But the board are not only slow to make decisions they are also very risk adverse l, hence dinosaurs such as Pilots, Big Sam and Bruce being given shots. So called safe pair of hands
Although Cheltenham didn't want to lose him, perhaps an up and coming manager like Michael Duff who seems to be doing a good job at Barnsley. He spent some time at Burnley as number two to Dyke and seems to be a very good motivator.
