JJamez is right you do get some good players who are brilliant managers. It is just that anybody with a big name will both be out of Huddersfield's reach and beyond the club's pay grade. I didn't know much about Ipswich's manager, but he's got them up top when a few proven managers (including Paul Cook of course) didn't mount a challenge, so yes making the right kind of choice matters more than just tickling the fans' fancy.
