I've never voted Tory in my lifetime and never will for reasons incl the one previously mentioned re the bias towards wealthy people. I liken a Tory governed UK to governance of certain badly run African countries - a minority tribe of people who regard themselves as rightfully entitled to govern over the minions due to their superior wealth and status. Attached to this is obviously wealth, privilege, private schools, snobbery, arrogance, selfishness, posh accents, elitism, backhanding, bribery, Royal Honours for good buddies and even criminals. And we can now add fraud/corruption/criminality and a disregard to the "rule of law" as previous trad Conservatism has now evolved due to the Tories "morphing" into an ultra right-wing government that is gonna hurt lotsa people other than themselves and their wealthy backers incl Russian ones.
