They can already buy whoever they want, now they can buy them whenever they want to. You don't have affiliate to the Welsh FA just because you are in Wales. Derbyshire clubs are in the Sheffield and Hallamshire ........

I've looked at houses online in Buxton and liked the place still, hankered after Matlock really , but on my own moving seems such a monster undertaking.
