Well we had a sub that came on, got injured and went off. They had a player that was "seriously" injured at least 4 times in the last 10 minutes, 3 in the last 5, always in their box, was treated once and not subbed at all, but if he was I was downstairs using the, er, facilities and they were still wasting time. We'd never do that. 
We used to call it time wasting but their keeper only copped for that one.
