I don't know if many have heard this weeks E&S pod cast, but some interesting stiff on whether Lai is liable for the £5 million from the Peace loan. It was mentioned that all those that have been involved in the ongoing investigation into the loan have had to sign a NDA, but the lawyers conducting the investigation are suggesting Lai may not be liable for it, which in turn means Peace maybe. Nothing concrete so we shall have to see.
