I'm going to weigh in on this as I did the Division 2 scoring.
First of all, when I did the scores for gameweek 17, I didn't check the times of the posts, largely because I have a lot on my plate and doing these scores is one extra job for me on an already busy day. However, after the results had been posted, the organisers pointed out that I'd missed that late prediction, and that I'd have to knock off the points for it retrospectively this week. The same thing happened to Bomber before Christmas, so everyone is being treated in accordance with the same rule.
If we do accept that the time stamp on the site is wrong (I see your 21:00 post last night as being 21:01, by the way) and that your prediction was in before kick-off, then I'll happily reinstate the 4 points onto your score for next week, but if I do that, then I'm also going to have to reinstate the 8 points that Bomber was docked before Christmas, because there's no way of proving that he wasn't affected by the same problem. One way or another, either you both get your points or neither of you do.
If there is something wrong with the times on the site then we're going to have to think about the deadline and how to judge it (this is mainly FAO Beefy, Joker, Luka & Harry) because we DO need a cut-off point somewhere, and we can't be arguing with people every week who feel hard done by because they've missed out by a minute. Ideally, I'd like everyone to have a bit of honesty about it and get their predictions in well before time to avoid these situations, because it makes life ten times harder for us doing the scoring, but that's not something we can really control...
