I don't want a "talker" Jim. I want a manager who can deliver a proper footie team on the pitch and has a long term strategy and solid philosophy re how to play footie - not convinced with someone who "talks a good game" and definitely not convinced by Johnson. IMO there's more to this appointment than "meets the eye".

As the BBC reminded me last week, Hibs have had something like 12 managers in around 10 years. Absolutely shambolic stuff. Like you i'm definitely not convinced but we just have to get behind him now.
