I don't want a "talker" Jim. I want a manager who can deliver a proper footie team on the pitch and has a long term strategy and solid philosophy re how to play footie - not convinced with someone who "talks a good game" and definitely not convinced by Johnson. IMO there's more to this appointment than "meets the eye".
