It certainly is a candid admission of the club's recent failings, though sadly, the inherent expectation-management in the bit about finances - while it may be equally honest - doesn't fill me with hope for the great summer of change. While it's always nice to find a straight-talker in a boardroom, actions and outcomes are what matter, and on that front I think most of us would settle for a bullshitter who can deliver results.
