That is exactly what I'm insinuating in my OP re my "concern". And the appropriate action taken by an accountable footie authority is DEMOTION AND REPLACEMENT BY COMPETENT IMPARTIAL OFFICIALS, EVEN INDEPENDENT ONES IF THAT IS THE COURSE OF ACTION TO "CLEAN UP THE GAME" IN SCOTLAND ONCE AND FOR ALL. IMO if this is done properly, it will eventually expose how badly Scot footie matches have been officiated for donkey's years and been allowed to do so even though there was a supposed ref monitoring process in place at matches - a joke btw!!
