Expecting good footy in those conditions is asking a lot but I'll take 1-0, it gets us in the next round just as much as 3-0, plus, it keeps my fledgling acca alive. Part 2 will take a while to come to fruition.
The ref let a lot go for a derby and a cup match. Just happy he was sensible enough not to make everyone sit or play through another 30+ minutes of that and spotted a foul he might not otherwise have given on the halfway line at the end.
The liner down our side didn't see a thing for well over an hour, whichever way it went. Why am I not surprised by this?
So, Peterborough or Luton away next round then? We only get the glamorous ties.
