Aggers calling for the County Championship to be replaced by a new ten-team first-class tournament featuring all the Hundred franchises plus two others, with players forced to choose between one format or the other, and matches being played throughout the summer. The existing counties would, in Aggers-world, continue playing the Blast, the One-Day Cup and three-day red-ball games while acting as feeder clubs to the new tournament via a draft.
