Can't knock him at all. I thought he was a destabilising influence as player/coach at Derby but since he's hung his boots up he's taken them from bottom 3 to comfortable mid-table (11th) if you ignore the 21 points deduction. Going to need at least or around 2 points per game from the remaining 20 matches to stay up though which is promotion form for the rest of the season, because of the deduction. That said - they might only need another 30+ points and not 40 this season.
