How many games have to be called off before Snoots and his two schizophrenic brothers need to form a pools panel?

Me, myself and I are willing helpers, though two of 'em can be a bit unreliable at times and don't always turn up if I'm honest. 

I suppose we really need an independent panel, like that FIA chap that makes all the daft calls in F1. 

We could always use the Pools Panel shouts whenever they kick in, but they only call wins or draws not scores but better than nowt.
