One of the things that infurited at times during David Wagner's time at Town, was his constant tinkering with the starting XI. Or squad rotation as it's more commonly known.

It did work though, obviously. His players always looked fresh when called upon and would always be still looking fit at the back end of games.

Carlos has failed in this aspect. Picking the same starting XI for three games this week has back fired spectacular. Both at Peterborough and Cardiff we have flagged at the end of the matches. Colwill coming in for criticism because he was outfoxed by one of the championship's top strikers. He's an 18 year old boy.

Our prize asset this season has been Sorba Thomas, but he is also still a kid coming in from non league football. Rolando Aarons hasn't kicked a ball yet in the first team this season. Again he sat doing nowt while Sorba ran the right flank all on his own. He was criticized for being too far behind play. Well yes. He needs a full back with him.

The B team have been scoring goals for fun recently. What more do lads in that side need to do to get in the first team squad?
