Tbf, only 5 points from top of the league sounds much better. Not quite panic button yet .

Certainly no panic, but we could/should have been at least 4 points better off to be only 1 point off the top of the league. The points are important, but the performances against Dundee United and Aberdeen should have been much better, no matter the end result. 4 shots on target in the last 3 games tells it's own story.

Knowing Hibs, we'll probably hand Celtic a footballing lesson to confound everyone again. 

As said in my previous thread, you can't ignore Hibs unbeaten record at ER Stadium v some vg Celtic teams - covers a long period of the Hoops trying to beat us and failing. A previous "tongue in cheek" comment was made "in your dreams" - aye, based on Hibs current shit displays after an international break where certain "key players", Nisbet and Boyly, are not doing what they should be doing - scoring goals! Nisbet looks like he could do with a holiday and Boyly looks like a player who left all his sharpness and good form abroad with Australia. Note this team played very well and got lotsa plaudits for playing some of the best footie in the Scot Prem. No coincidence that suddenly it all changed after a controversial game at Ibronx and an international break. That's where the manager, Ross, comes into the equation IMO!! Looked like he couldn't motivate himself, let alone a footie team, for whatever reason. For example, there was a midweek interview on bbc Sportsound with Aberdeen FC's chairman, Dave Cormack, and his intention to beat Hibs on Saturday was absolutely clear to give the team a bit of "breathing space". Now if I was Ross, I'dve tried to use Cormack's comments to lift the Hibs team. Also I've no doubt Hibs will suddenly "raise their game" v Celtic, a bit like their sudden change of form in cup ties - watch for it on Wednesday night!! Totally unforgiveable btw, but as 1Wattie commented - we've seen it all before! Deja vu!
