There's no doubt we deserved to win this match on another great day, weather-wise, to play a game of footie, one that was reasonable to watch as well right up to the last 5-10 mins when Hibs really should've finished them off. I didn't care how we won this match today as the result in "turning over" a bogey was more important. The pk award? Soft TBH! But I'll concur with JR's similar view that you get these pk awards sometime albeit soft. The ref, Beaton, had a rotten performance IMO and just looked like he rolled out of bed this morning in the wrong frame of mind. Some dreadful ref decisions materialised during this game! 
Thankfully they didn't affect the final result. And the red card issued out to Mccart? When has St Johnstone last lost a player to a red card v Hibs eh!!!? The decision was the correct one all the same and Hibs were disappointing in not imposing themselves on a St J team that remained resilient until the end. Anyway, JOB DONE on a day when Celtic dropped another two pts v Dundee Utd after hitting the woodwork on 3-4 occasions.
