...I can't see TP OR JP sanctioning these 3 departures (...3 atm) without being pretty sure that replacements will be coming in.
Even if the outgoing players weren't TP's cup of tea he could've still worked with them but their release, IMO, means there's more happening behind the scenes than we know.

And although the clock is ticking on the window, most of the deals are always done in the last 3/4/5 days so IMO the time to start worrying is February
