Must admit much of this is hope as I don't even known where Andorra is - eastern europe? Still its all mostly guessing ain't it?
It's in the middle of the Pair o' knees (Pyrenees) between Spain and France. Usually covered in a lot of snow. You normally fly over it on your way to/from Barcelona and Alicante. I take it you don't watch much of the Tour de France BBB?
