If it's a requirement of the EPL (Premier league?) to have an academy; why us who are now in the Championship and presumably no longer subject to their rules, AND why not Villa who are in that top money bags league? and presumably are!!

They do have an Academy, it’s just that it seems easier for them to poach the players from ours.
