End of season ratings
#5
Out of those released, I'm trying to spot the next winner of the "Scott Arfield - went on to far better things" award. If either of Pritchard or Jaden Brown do it I'll eat my next match thread.

To go from 2 points behind Barnsalee at the end of last year to 6 points above the trap door doesn't need much of a player-by-player rating, it's a collective failure all round. Defensively is where we've had most troubles so I'll give them a collective 3.5 and the lads up front a 5. We're only 2 goals scored less than last season and 8 behind our promotion season. Eiting and on a few occasion's LOB were the only midfielders that would have got me off my seat with some of their attacking midfield play, I'll give them 5.5 each, but collectively from front to back we made hard work of defending the ball, particularly at set-pieces this year and generally for more seasons than I can remember.

We seem to have stopped passing it back to the keeper from a corner, so that's an improvement. Passing it back to a defender on the half-way line ..... ??? Hmmm.
