In the Non-League Paper today James Rowe says he has been chasing Danny Rowe for months without success, and decided to have a final try around the deadline day and was surprised but delighted to succeed. So until his last gasp success Mr Rowe was doing the best he could with the resources he had. He also denies there is any financial problem and that it should have no impact on next season's finances either.
