That injury to the SP goalie, Kolar, was apparently a fractured skull and, as said in one of my previous threads, that was bad enough but could've been life-threatening or life-changing. I'd reiterate that Roofe had the option to pull out of that horrific challenge but didn't!! Ultimately his decision and he should be ashamed of what he did! I'd also like to see UEFA getting involved in this instance because their behaviour during this match definitely breached the UEFA rules of footie in various instances. Agreed re the hypocrisy of Rangers fans, who have a black history of racism and sectarianism attached to them, re calling out a racism charge on an incident that could well be relevant but will never be proved. What is so annoying is the fact that this incident has given them another convenient "smokescreen" to disguise what they were up to during this game and that includes that horrific Roofe challenge. I've a good mind to send a letter to UEFA detailing everything that was wrong in this disgraceful match that did nothing for the reputation of Scottish footie. It just had to be THEM again eh!! And using the "offended party card" AGAIN!!
Totally unacceptable!
