Does BFS's present contract definitely run out at the end of THIS season?

No, next season, but he has a clean break clause so can walk away at the end of this one.

..... so essentially, the club CAN'T appoint another HC, or be seen to be considering it, anytime soon, unless BFS resigns. Is he really going to do that - surely he would never get another top 2 division job now; at his age, and with the last dismal 6 months of his team's non-performance? He's going to want to redeem himself by getting us straight back up!
Only other solution would be to sack him, but that's going to cost us so I really don't see that happening..... unless we have a new owner....
