The bastard in the black or yellow, pink or green this week is Graham Scott.
He is another of the rising stars & his possible elevation to being a PL referee was indicated when he was given a PL match in November, Burnley v Villa, issuing seven yellow cards. His record this season is 79 yellows & one red from 26 matches. He has already refereed Bolton three times this season:
Brighton 2-1 Bolton
Chelsea 2-1 Bolton (LC)
Norwich 2-1 Bolton
Looks like there is a nice pattern emerging here.
Wednesday Matches:
April 14 - Leicester 2-1 Wednesday - 3Y (turned down two clear penalties for us)
Dec 12 - Cardiff 1-0 Wednesday - 4Y
Oct 10 - Yeovil 0-2 Wednesday - 2Y 1R (Otsemobor sent off, gave us penalty)
He does issue plenty of cards & doesn't mind a red card (issued four at Orient two years ago). He also has issued 80% of red cards to away players & has the highest percentage of home wins amongst current refs so may favour the home side.
Our overall record with this ref:

The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.
