All I'll say is be careful what you wish for with foreign owners offering even more Billy-Big-Bollox-big-times ahead.
In a word - Wigan.
When Fosun came in at Wolves they spent £25m on players their agent had suggested in the first window and were 4th bottom of the Championship at Christmas and shitting themselves. DH in comparison was putting around £5m per year in on average. It took a few managers and a lot more brass on players than we could dream of before they got the bloke they've got now as coach and the mid-table mediocrity, occasional sniff at top 6 places in the Prima Donna League. Don't forget, we got there before they did.
No we're not gonna get back there with Phil, but don't rush into the arms of the first bloke from China, Thailand, Russia or America wanting to launder some funny money either. There's a helluva difference between a known multinational enterprise like Fosun and the joker that was allowed to take over at Wigan.
As far as I'm concerned for the vote, whether I vote for all of 'em or none of 'em, it makes no overall difference to the total. They are all responsible in their own way for the mess they've all landed us in, though as I tee'd up on another thread and Wakey smacked into the net, we've got a ridiculous amount of often self inflicted injuries in a squad that's thin on quality to begin with.
