Another "big game" looming for Jack Ross and even though I've previously suggested his removal, I honestly hope he overcomes his failure of not winning big matches. He won't have a better opportunity with the Dons being down on a number of key players - Cosgrove transferred out, Taylor suspended and Hedges injured while their goalie, Lewis, is on a "downer". I listened to Livy's manager, David Martindale, commenting in his PM interview that he'd studied closely how the Dons move around on the pitch and set up a perfect game plan to stifle and beat them - I like this guy, my type of "thinking" manager, and I hope Jack Ross listened to that interview - it was enlightening!! Time to apply a similar philosophy and stuff any notion of there being a "bogey". I know that Hibs home record is downright awful, a conundrum when one compares it with a vg away record, but there can be no excuses for players not lifting their own morale and efforts when realising the importance of this particular fixture in trying to chase down Celtic's 2nd position as well as consolidating our 3rd spot in the Scot Prem. C'mon Hibs - start winning these matches on our home turf!!
