Apologies for not submitting scores, had a bit of excitement healthwise resulting in an unexpected trip to hospital. Feared a stroke but ended up Bells Palsy which was good news. Now have some catching up to do after a good start.

A bit of a scare, glad it’s not as bad as feared. How’s it affected you because BP can still be quite severe in the short term

One side of face is wonky at the moment with eye brow and mouth drooping and no feeling in cheek.  Taking medication for a week and hopefully all back to normal in a couple of months.
