1. If you have microsoft word you can go to Insert > Symbol and find a myriad of symbols under various fonts. Webdings usually has most of everything if it's not on the main screen.
2. If you hit F10 on any website, then at the top go View > Source you can compare scripts from websites.
3. Im not sure what you mean by Question 3.
Basically CSS (cascading style sheets) is a nice and easy (ish) way of formatting websites content without keep typing things over again and again. It helps maintain consitency and makes it easier to make wholesale changes.
