It is - but it's no different than a pub serving a meal in the eye's of those myopic pricks that run this country. It doesn't matter that it's actually part of the stadium, it could be a pub 200 yards or 200 miles down the road as far as they are concerned. But you aren't allowed those 10-25 steps into a seat in the stadium to watch it live.
