The sign of a good manager is the one who recognises the teams and his weaknesses. Then does something about it. Ivanovic was a step in the right direction, but he needs to do more. He appears to be far to nice for his own good. Some decisions are required. I'm unsure if Diangana and Pereira can even play in the same team ATM, 2 luxury players are not always the answer. Darren made the error of not sorting out the obvious And IMO Bilic is falling into the same trap.
