BRIGHTON AND HOVE ALBION 4 PORTSMOUTH 0

The first meeting between these two clubs was in 1908 it was an FA Cup which went to a second replay(remember them) we lost 1-0, the next meeting was also a FA Cup tie which we won although it took us 52 years to get revenge.
Rare visitors to Deepdale, the last knock out tie was at the Withdean in 2002 we won that 2-0.
Given the Seagulls schedule they have United at home on Saturday they will play a second string 11 like they did last week, also expect us to make a few changes as well.
Would have been nice to go but looks as if that is bolloxsed for the time being.
Why should a man go to work, if he has the health and strength to stay in bed?
