All that stuff I put in my match thread and now I've just realised another glaring omission. Listening to Oggy's post match interviews reminded me that Harry Toffolo started out in Canary yellow.
He went there in 2008 as an u14 player and later joined the Academy. He played in the team that won the FA Youth Cup against Chelsea, after which he signed his first professional contract. He played a couple of League Cup games, played for the u21s in the EFL Trophy and went out on a few loans.
Firstly he went to Swindon Town on loan, where they were so impressed, the fans paid for him to have his loan extended. He helped them make it to the Play Offs and having missed the semis through injury, he did play in the Final of the 2015 Play Offs against Preston, which they lost 0-4. After that he had loans with Rotherham in the Championship, then Peterborough, Scunthorpe and Doncaster in League One before finally leaving Carrow Road for good when he signed for Millwall in Jan 2018.
It never worked out for him at the Den and he was released at the end of the season, which led to Danny Cowley signing him for Lincoln. He never missed a league game in his short spell there, playing 72 times consecutively before Cowley brought him to his new club, Huddersfield Town, where he has become one of the most consistent performers in the team.
